What is so special about " this device " ? As far as pain sufferers go , they can do just as many here have mentioned before , take one of the devices that have been cleared for use and use it where ever they are needing the pain relief or they could use other products that are available on the market like the Icey Hot patch that is advertised by Shaq . I realize that the Icey Hot patch does not have the " miracle " healing power that BIEL's patches supposedly do but as far as pain goes it would seem they are the same so yes the shareholders are the ones paying the price but those desperate pain sufferers already have other options readily available besides taking pills .
