Dewald was an investor that was screwed by Yazbeck, then Yazbeck had the NERVE to sue him.....

I REALLY ENJOY how it ended.... DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE... OUCH.... so much for Yazbeck trying to screw Dewald AGAIN.

So why did Yazbeck hire Skippy if Skippy was such a bad guy?

Sanzeri has been gone for a LONGGGGGGG time....so what is Yazie's excuse for doing nothing with the company. Incompetent? YEP...

OH NO.... wait... not at all.. he has been selling stock all along... doing just what he intended to do.

Also why did Yazbeck settle with Sanzeri for $5K if he was so bad... oh yea, because he was doing what Yazbeck wanted when he worked there.

The "agreement" was just a front so that Yazbeck didn't look like the total scammer he is.... imnsho.

A dismissal with prejudice is dismissal of a case on merits after adjudication.The plaintiff is barred from bringing an action on the same claim. Dismissal with prejudice is a final judgment and the case becomes res judicata on the claims that were or could have been brought in it.
