I only have one data point for you. My buddy who has been on Vascepa for the last two years due to my recommendation. He took a Calcium Scan two years ago and it scared him when he scored in the 700's. We got to talking about it and I convinced him to get on 4 grams of Vascepa pronto. He just had another CAC scan recently and his score stayed the same in the 700's. Although it did not go down being on Vascepa it also did not rise two years later. We are not sure how to take the results but will be very interested in what his Cardiologist has to say about the results.
