Yes I would agree this may signal some push from outside.

I’d still like to understand if my prior expectation was accurate in that the iGourmet acquisition was not only to take over that business and improve it but also leverage the facility and its NE proximity to expand into some larger markets.

PS .... =) I know of a few small companies .... one of which is literally 10-15 minutes from JCP ..... where mgmt could use a boot up their ... you know what ..... from an activist outside investor ..... and a little cash to fund some expansion and growth.

Grease - Please don't sound so depressed. Surely, Sam has your best interests at heart. Have some faith.

IMO, these new people either didn't do their homework or they are here to help Sam in in quest. Prior to today's rally, IVFH had a market cap of roughly $17 million. Buying 5% or 6% isn't a big deal for a medium sized money manager. I wonder how much homework they did before they bought in. All I can say is they didn't call me. Hopefully, they will stick around longer than the last Board member.
