Yes I would agree this may signal some push from outside.

I’d still like to understand if my prior expectation was accurate in that the iGourmet acquisition was not only to take over that business and improve it but also leverage the facility and its NE proximity to expand into some larger markets.

PS .... =) I know of a few small companies .... one of which is literally 10-15 minutes from JCP ..... where mgmt could use a boot up their ... you know what ..... from an activist outside investor ..... and a little cash to fund some expansion and growth.
