It is a positive sign there may be a change coming.........
On the governance side of the company: check and balance,I hope,thus reducing the RISK/COST of "Sam-centric" decisions,going forward.
ps-million dollar question: which one to prune: organic or IGourmet,or both??Or NO PRUNING,add more asset with "plan-b",with other people's money.
ps2-reducing sg&a expense from 28% down to 20% may take years,this is Sam 1st challenge.My BIGGEST FEAR:will he choke and behave childishly AGAIN as external forces encroached upon his turf??This is my ten million dollar question.And how likely????I believe very likely and hate to say,personalities conflictx,would dictate the company future in 2019.
