In all seriousness, do you really have confidence that someone of Downs' limited intellect is capable of doing any of the things he has promised or claims to have done. That is not intended as an attack on him. You have read the PR's and probalby seen his interview. His grammar is atrocious. He can't speak properly. He's a buffoon. He is not an educated man. He lacks any background in security or biometrics or anything remotely associated with this operation. He is a web designer and a stockbroker. Inexplicably, though he is a good con man. It's scary how big this scam could have gotten if he would just run his PR's through a spell check and not get quite so ridiculous with his boasts.
