GYRO: Given that Lebed was "in the know" at that time, odds are good that this is at least a semi-accurate statement. At first glance this seems to be a good thing, but does anyone here think that could backfire on BOCX? If BOCX doesn't give Abbot an exclusive, could they (Abbot) just say "screw it, we're going to bury you" and then return the license.

What an interesting possibility! Could Abbott be strong arming BOCX for a more exclusive deal? Also what relationship does ONYX Consulting have to BOCX. So far no one has answered that. All I've heard are assumptions that they are under the egis of BOCX.

Here's a thought, please explain how that makes any sense at all?

Abbott has an opportunity to market a revolutionary cancer marker that would reap untold billions, and you think they would shoot themselves in the foot, invite competitors to license the technology after they already have a licensing deal in place?

What kind of logic are you following?
