Abbott would not do that at all. They effectively have an exclusive anyway because Moro has been unable to get any additional agreements. All that is important to Abbott is that the test has value.

Slow down big fella, I was just brainstorming - probably only a minor cloud at best, but anyway. :-)

I suppose the logic goes something like this:
Abbott begs for an exclusive license.
BOCX says no.
Abbott gets pissy, and returns the license (maybe hoping to pick up the pieces after)
BOCX releases a media storm to pump-n-dump the stock.
The license return becomes public and the stock goes into the crapper.

I doubt any of that happened, we're just talking. And I'm still positive and long on this company.
