Regardless of any action which the SEC may take against this fraud (unlikely,imo), there is zero possibility for any monetary settlement for shareholders.

That guy was so bold, that when he was busted, the DOJ froze his bank accounts, which weren't small. I assume there have been a few other similar events. Know of any?
