Regardless of any action which the SEC may take against this fraud (unlikely,imo), there is zero possibility for any monetary settlement for shareholders.

That was the first scam that I actively help bust, with scion.... early 2000. That guy was so bold, that when he was busted, the DOJ froze his bank accounts, which weren't small. I assume there have been a few other similar events. Know of any?
