Personally I am counting on FDA top officials being aware of leading cause of death in U.S.--CVD, is it not?

Shouldn't have to deal with niceties of ANPRM as in recent FDA initiatives with nicotine addiction and cigarettes--the subject of early Dr. Gottlieb's speeches in July-August 2017 time-frame. Tobacco lobby and money seem to have too much control here:
