What will they use as a "for women only" predicate?

This fda glitch can be as easy as writing up how much longer actipatch needs to stay on a specific location on man verses a woman .
I am sure fat content is another glitch .Because of density changes between muscle and fat.

BIEL probably already has these studies in there files.
