Yes, ANDI is an alternate, or, non-reporting company. That's what the OTC Market site is paid a fee for -- to accommodate non-filers (companies that are not SEC registrants).

But getting back to the shareholder letter, there many "highlights" worth noting, (sarcasm), but this is fast becoming my favorite >>

I am also open to anyone bringing us additional partnerships which will help us achieve our goal of becoming a smartphone and mobile technology powerhouse. We are always open to working with legitimate industry companies with proven track records and would gladly accept proposals or sales inquiries from them. I feel a strong external sales force is the key to accelerated success in our core industry, and any suggestions that would help us grow that aspect of the Company would be more than welcomed.

That is not a joke, and when you say you don't believe anything in that letter, maybe that paragraph is believable. What he is essentially saying is >> Brewster, Steinberg, Green, Owen, are useless -- (if all of them are all still with the company). Instead of White depending on the "Dream Team" to go out and get leads, White is asking shareholders to get him leads. Whew!

But then there's this >> recent GREAT DD provided by someone who found that White wasn't even the author of that letter. The letter was authored by Richard Papaleo -- the owner of Biznet Worldwide...holder of restricted share becoming free trading in January.
