"A huge Overreaction" you say. Well, what happened yesterday set us back more than 12 month. Well IMO, that's a big deal. Furthermore, the items you delineated in your post are not currently money makers for BIEL. A company that doesn't generate money dies. Just how long do you think BIEL can survive without generating working capital?
