That is correct, he cannot assert that the property in question is included in these listings for LCG because the property address is not shown. They could be for any property in Salina - Monterey county. It's a big county.

However the fact that PNTV is not shown as a license holder at all does indeed reveal the fact that they are not licensed in the county to grow, cultivate, etc. cannabis otherwise they would be listed.
