I believe they rushed it due to us finding out the details of the split. They wanted to halt trading.

They are in an interesting position. They have to put a value in shares less than 2000000, and a value on the remainder of shares for holdings divided by 2000000. They will need cash, the value they place will effect the perception of the R/S shares. A low evaluation and r/s shares drop, a higher value and they need more cash.
