Xylan, they should NOT file an 8K.

They are not yet a SEC-compliant fully-reporting company. Always looks fishy for a company to file an 8K with the SEC when they aren't supposed to.

They can file a current event report with OTCMarkets. They are PINK:Current there and all their PRs are there along with their published reports . They are not called filings because that is reserved for SEC filings. They are not 10-Qs....they are the Quarterly Report and Annual Report in lieu of 10-K (again, reserved for SEC filers)...Current Event Report (for OTC) in lieu of an 8K (for SEC). OTCMarkets call their clients' reports 'published' instead of 'filed.'

8ks are SEC filings. This company doesn't file 8k's but if you read the press release it does indicate the contract will be filed as part of the 4th quarter filings.
