With such a material event, an 8k should be coming out within 72 hours that would not have a safe harbor statement...

With no 8k this pr is just fiction at this point...

This company is a dilution machine, so getting the jiggy going probably also got the share printing presses going also... only about 2,853,039,700 shares left to dilute!!
