What's most interesting to me is that both new directors are very much involved in businesses in Asia, more specifically, China.

The writing on the wall says $PMPG might be pursuing an international business using Mr Lee's and Mr Bai's experience and expertise with those markets to help facilitate the new direction.

With all the background here, (elimination of debt, SOS current, etc), it appears that preparations for this upcoming event have been underway for a while.

Dempsey just like you always say real companies take time. You said filings then disclosures pmpg is following that structure. Pmpg is building real business with real experts it takes time. I believe we are close to a huge disclosure here with pmpg.
