The country can not go on without having any Farm Bill in place.. they are agencies, farmers, people, funding depending on it.
If they were about to throw new Farm Bill in a towel, they would already pass extension of the old Bill and all this show would be over but no one even mention extansion. Also since there was no objections to Hemp Bill by both sides it should be easy for McConnell to do amandment to old Farm Bill and put hemp in it this way.. IF they decided to go with the extansion of previous Farm Bill at the end of the day.
