i honestly don't know which way to lean. last week before the break they said they were really close. still plenty of time. I can handle the decline in share price if it doesn't get done this year..this is a strong company either way....but I cannot handle missing the run up in share price if it does get done this year. down a little vs up a lot. seems the decline from the 5's has already priced in the fear of the farm bill not passing. but imo.
