BSB, weren't we expecting news in 5 calendar days?
On November 15, the company stated that it would be filing the 10Q late due to multiple financial negotiations. This gave them five days to file the 10Q, which they did on November 16. Because the financing deal(s) were not completed during the last quarter, they will not appear until the 10Q that covers the period in which they are completed.
Some have suggested that posting that as a reason for delaying the 10Q was a way of indicating what is going on without issuing a press release, etc.
