You my friend are 1000% correct. These figures hasn't changed; however, it's funny how time and prolonged waiting can conjure up so many random and unfounded assumptions but call it as you may, it's all rather entertaining to say the least.
I personally believe that figures which are being thrown around RECENTLY are "HYPER" Conservative but I guess optimism has gone out the window with every year that goes by.
I'll take the "wait and see" approach, because you know what they say, "Assumption is the mother of all wake up calls"
