Withdrawn weeks ago to make it easier to push the other 2 larger projects over the hump. LI is different than California or Connecticut. they need everything finalized before they sign power purchase agreements. Including financing. You have to read all the details. That means once the power purchase Agreements are signed on these two remaining it's a done deal. Nothing else left to do but build
