4) Amarin will not sell US market. Europe partner will have buy-in to US market, this may bring additional sales force.

Amarin will not sell company. IMO Amarin will be in full control of sales. Partner in Europe will have valuation in US market through owing shares of Amarin. This assures a shared interest in US marketing success. This shared interest could include further deals that "share" or co-promote sales in US, but Amarin will maintain full marketing message.

Eventually, Europe partner or Amarin...could buy the other out.
