Does that include all the WMI trusts set up in 2003 to 2009, some with language to cover BK?? I do NOT THINK so. The ones who set up these trust KNEW what they were doing. I base my question on a recent filing which mentioned the 2007 Trust.
If what you post is true how come there are 234 Institutional Holders who hold over 72 MILLION SHARES of COOP. From your posts they do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Now who are we supposed to believe as they put their money where their mouth was.
