I have Fidelity too. I am signing up with Schwab tonight so I can buy more even though the stop sign is up. Will take a few business days tho. Wish I had done this earlier in the week.

There is a way to keep all Your shares of AMFE with Fidelity.

Upstairs[Head] thinking, Math and a call to Your Fidelity agent and He/She will take care of this for You....... for a small transaction Fee.

Nice that you'll be repurchasing shares. I agree need to replace that stop sign with a go sign.

There is no need to sell any shares to meet your RMD requirement. All you need to do is transfer the shares from your IRA account to a regular account at Fidelity in the $ amount of the RMD you need to achieve. Fidelity will include the value of shares transferred in the amount they report to the IRS as taxable. It's actully pretty simple.
