Does the words SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE DEBTOR's ASSETS mean anything other than CASH to you or anyone for that matter. Plus 10 years interest.

Yes but when Nelson did mention this in the court Rosenthief said prove there is 24 billion and where is it. We could not prove that 24 billion existed. All the while rosencrap laughed at us.

while we can keep posting this over and over again. The People(FDIC) holding this BK and finalizing things do not believe there is 24 billion or a penny left.......Rosencrap and his special distribution gimme break....There is just a under 50 million to square class 18 and piers and why hold that up.....It does not hold up the special distribution.....Equity can still get paid while these are being litigated money has been set aside for the two groups....
