I understand you. What you're saying, word per word and letter per letter, is applicable to every single penny stock / start-up. All forums have people saying exactly this about every penny stock company out there, which are the worst ever. It's not NSPR fault.

#2007 RE: tomsen #2003

Just wanted to correct what i posted toward the end of the previous post. I had said .3 to .5 when I meant to say .03 to .05. Sorry! And in reply to your saying its not their fault I beg to differ with you in that it is their fault. For this simple reason, for 2 or 3 years they allowed Penumbra to market their product (which really didn't promote the product at all). They sat back and did little to market and promote the product themselves. until they finally wised up a couple of years ago. And instead of diligently marketing and promoting their product over the past 4 or 5 years. They made several huge reverse stock splits to bring up the per share cost in order to flood the market with a per share price much lower than that current inflated price only to see the per share price drop much lower than the offering price. Each time they did this they financially killed the investor. But, they covered themselves with salaries and incentives and a means to upgrade, sell or buy shares at a profit in order to cover these losses. Whereas the only means the investor had was to either leverage and get out at a better price or to get out early when the stock was dropping. Only when this company leaves the ranks of a penny stock for good can an investor really make any money off this company. Because then they will be more vulnerable and under more scrutiny to do the more admirable and proper thing--out of fear of lawsuits and SEC scrutiny.
