What I am saying is that only a small percentage of investors have made any money off this stock over the past several years--excluding the board and directors--who have made a lot. They will continue making a lot regardless of where the company goes. I believe they think the company is going to be big someday--probably very big with a market cap of several hundred million dollars if not more. The current market cap is around 7 million, and for the past several years hovered around 2 million. Regardless of market cap they get their huge salaries and bookoo incentives. They have figured out how to make sure they themselves are covered. As I said the company is a cash cow because they own plenty of the stock, get paid well regardless of how the company does, and have access to 10 million shares in incentive programs. So why on earth would they ever consider selling for less than 100 million. That is just a fair figure I am throwing out there. It would be pretty hard for any company to buy them out for even just 100 million, which I don't think they would take anyway. How can you justify 100 million for a company who's market cap is 7 million. You can't. And even if you could and did make that offer--I really don't think corporate would accept it. Don't forget there is currently about 37 million shares which account for the market cap of 7 million, but there is approximately another 30 million or more tied up in warrants and incentives. Which only benefits corporate and to a lesser degree the people who own the warrants. For the regular investor this represents yet another dilution factor. So in actuality the stock we own at .22 is really only worth .14. But hopefully the stock will continue to become more valuable as warrants and incentives are exercised so that we never see that .14. On the other hand if corporate does another reverse split in order to sell more stock in a public offering at a decent price. The value of our stock will go right down the toilet to maybe .3 to .5. They have done this several times over the past few years. And I strongly believe the SEC should investigate them for this. And I am surprised that lawsuits haven't come about. Maybe legally they were within their rights to do these things. But financially they have hurt a lot of investors.
