don't believe NGL will be under $10 come Dec. 21st.

I'm not a market timer but I do well in predicting threshold points---i.e. sensing when upsides will launch and the general landings we'll encounter on swings in either direction. I saw the $9.35 weeks ago and then sub-$9.34. This is not a boast, but, rather, a sixth sense if you will---provable via my posts. In short, if I thought we'd be under $10 leading into the final week of next month, I'd be handling my investment here a bit differently. Instead, I expect to round out my position between tomorrow and the week following, most probably.

There's more I'd like to say but the wife and I are starving and I'm the cook around these parts!

It was great of you to introduce yourself as you've done. I very much appreciate that as it paints a bit of a portrait as to who you are. Pete807 is quite the fisherman too and I'll let him expand on that, I don't want to steal his thunder.

I've thought about your plan a whole lot and I can't help myself for urging patience. You asked for advice---I'm giving it:

Unless you meant to say $30,000 and NOT 30,000 NGL units---I've got to tell you I think the plan is terrible!

Things happen in life. Some we get to celebrate while others spell periods of gloom and eventual doom. Obviously you are gaining a lot from this board. I know I do, too. But most of us don't get to own an extra property let alone sell it, bringing in a sudden windfall. And when it happens? A smart person (in my opinion) reserves a significant portion for the totally unexpected.

Please---move slowly. In just days ahead the US and China meet in an effort to resolve trade issues. Mr. Trump knows damned well he's got China on the ropes and no way could I believe he's going to settle for anything less than what he wants. I do not expect a miracle to develop as a result of the trade talks. He wants glory to spell his own success.

If I'm right, the market will go into shock regardless of how the WH dresses things up to look pretty for the holidays. The stock market could easily drop 800, 1,000, even 1200 points just like that.


Bottom line:

How will that affect NGL?

You can figure it out as well as anybody here.


Please---go slow. You don't have to get rich today or tomorrow. At 59 you have lots of room to play in this sandbox of ours.
