I am familiar with American penny stocks. Almost all of them are losing money and survive by selling shares for a limited period of time. SIAF is a very different animal. It has been in business for some 10 years I think. During this period it has posted profits and not losses. It has managed to build a business with substantial revenues whereas the typical penny stock has very little to boast when it comes to revenues.
