Selling shares at 1,5% of the books combined with selling no assets to me proves these guys have no assets. Furthermore inability to get normal bank loans etc. They have no assets they can use as collateral for bank loans, only share printing for loan sharks..
Selling 10% of the assets at 50% discount = cash 3 times company market value... Absurd idea. Share price 70 times lower than assets value? No, the assets are not real. The market, the banks, themselves (cause printing at 1,5%) don't believe in them. Case closed.
Having no assets in real life tells you they lie about their assets. Their performance is extremely weak with toxic loan shark loans, dilution and inability to create owner value. No other explanation than that they lie about them as well.
It's a house of cards, a scam.
I will bet anybody a million dollars this going $0,01 than $5. It just won't happen we have seen their true colors already. They have had the time to prove themselves already.
