So how much money do you estimate SHMP will have from the sale of these shares?

What will their balance sheet look like

Will they have the necessary financing or cash for expansion?

Because - aren't all these shares being sold by SHMP to finance operations and expansion?

Would not the warrants already be part of the OS?

No one knows how many more shares will be sold. If they do it is insider information.

Just because a company has A/S available doesn’t mean they have to use them. When this harvest is successful with zero to low single digit mortality rates they will have plenty of financing options instead of dilution. The A/S increase was done before the certainty of the RAS was achieved.
