it is clear that ERHC probably won the alleged libelous lawsuit. Unfortunately, if the libelous lawsuit turns out to be about a poster on IHUB, then that information CANNOT be posted as it would violate the TOS.

Hence, you sort of have us under a barrel when you claim there is no lawsuit and you ask for a link with the lawsuit information in it...because such a link would be automatic violation of the TOS.

Sorry...but the only way to discover the answer is to search for it yourself.
