I did the search myself and nothing with ERHC as a plaintiff shows up, which means no libel suit filed by ERHC.

I also disagree with your statement that ERHC probably won the alleged libelous lawsuit. What is the basis for that statement? Since there is no record of such a lawsuit on the court records website what proof is there to support such a claim?
