I’m sure he is referring to a properly designed trial that enrolls uniformly and he’s correct. In GBM both PFS and OS are measured in months. Even the company is reporting their blinded blended bullshit in months.
He is an effing moron. I could post plenty of these examples. Those in the know, know. AF is clearly not in the know. But the point is with immunotherapy, it starts to fruit a little later but keeps on producing, like many things in life. Delayed separation followed by a less steep survival curve that eventually flattens and stops dropping. Yet right now the flattening happens beyond the median. Maybe combo therapy will fatten that tail up from 25 percent to 50.
