Could this 10m trade be similar to the one made in mid august? Wasnt that a transaction between a insider and family member or something that was filed the following days? If it is a leak it would be an embarrassment considering this "tight hole" stuff.
However it feels better with low expectations before we know the results than to pump it up just to have a disappointment drop of -80%. On the other hand this last months of decline in share price before something that could totally transform this company overnight, tells you that there might be some dilution selling involved into a market that doesnt know about this company and its prospects.
