I think it's all about perception.

Your perception is that Lebby doesn't care about the share price and never will based on his reaction to a question at the ASM, and the fact that the price has dropped since then.

My perception is that Lebby doesn't care about the share price in the short term because if he hits the goals he's set out that will take care of itself.

Here's another one - the share price is down, and the company continues to issue shares via LPC! What are they doing!

Perception one - this company sucks!

Perception two - there was a massive buyer at $1. That buyer now moved to $.87. Do you think it's possible Lebby knows who's buying, which is why they continue to issue massive amounts of shares at those prices? I wonder who's buying? I mean as a potential partner, this would be an ideal way to help fund Lightwave, given you can participate in the potential upside that comes with any future announcements as a shareholder, right?

I don't know which perception of the situation is right, just going to go with my gut given the information I think I have.

I think he is doing a good job as the CEO. Look at how much exposure the company has with him being the CEO.

For him being a CTO? Come on, being a CTO of company with a dozen employees with his statue? Do you think he would bother?
