I think the question is:

What real management does ZIVO have ?

You can have the best mousetrap in the world but if mgmt. sucks ..... well .... no one will know about it.

The company has known about the path to GRAS declaration for literally years ..... hired Costephens in June to establish supply chain and who knows what else. I know some posters were happy to see that and thought things might be coming soon. Its almost 6 month later and we have GRAS but ..........

What kind of information has come out from mgmt.recently that leads an investor to believe they'll be any licensees signed any time soon ???

Just a SWAG, but wouldn't surprise me to see newly created company pop up as licensee to start selling line of veggie drinks too. A new company owned by people tied to ZIVO leadership.

www.kalgae.com ..... wasn't registered by ZIVO. Funny eh ? Registered by Andrew Dahl and Great Northern Reserve Partners .... not Zivo Bioscience ?? LOL Simple transfer for sure but ...... really ?

What year are we going to see licensing announcements ???
Where is the marketing program for the ingredient ?
Why isn't Dahl out doing his podcasts and interviews about new product on the market ?
What food industry / cosmetology / Nutraceuticals shows/conferences is ZIVO attending to introduce Kalgae into the marketplace ?

Those are the questions. They need to ramp revenues as fast as possible. And USE OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Mgmt shows no history of being able to do anything timely, consistently (except consistently poor) or with any urgency.

IMO, bringing a new ingredient to market is a process that takes some time. IF MGMT WASN'T WORKING ON THAT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AGO ..... then we aren't likely to see JACK for quite some time.

Personally I think they were banking on launching bigtime with Nutriquest on the animal side ...... but they still haven't published results of 2nd study and I gather they have to revisit the drawing board on that one a bit. They claimed animal sales by EOY. Not happening.

Why isn't there a line of investors at the buy window here instead of a pile of sellers looking to dump at least 400,000 shares on the market ??

On a different note ...... in the "thing that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmm" category ........ I kinda wonder about ZIVO's proprietary algae strain and its name being a sad joke for investors.

"Klebsormidium flaccidum var. ZIVO"

I mean ...... can it be any more ironic ...... investors have complained about the lack of performance (flaccid) from this mgmt and the stupid things (dumb) that have been done .... even blowing the release of GRAS just recently ?

Sometimes you just have to laugh !!!!

Why isn't www.kalgae.com up and running ???? Why wasn't it registered by ZIVO in the first place ??

So,

Zivo mgmt has achieved the GRAS declaration from GRAS panel headed by Burdoch Group.

Thus far, I do not see any GRAS notice submission or an NDI submission to the FDA. No mention of doing so in the GRAS PR either or the shareholder meeting. Typical to leave investors hanging as to what exactly they are doing.

Dahl said they’d be signing up numerous growers. Working on Chinese product registration though. Nutriquest study to wrap up by end of November. So much yet so little.

Volume waning miserably. Yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn .........
