On July 23rd, 2018, Mr Schaefer met with George Sharp, a shareholder of Coin Citadel, and a well-known advocate for truth in the micro-cap market and fairness to shareholders.
The company believes that the meeting was mutually beneficial, and in light of Mr Sharp's concerns, the company has agreed to bring its status up to date with both the Nevada Secretary of State and OTC Markets Group.
The company expects to have its corporate registration completely up to date with the Nevada Secretary of State by July 30th, 2018. Furthermore, the company expects to complete its financial statements up to and including the latest quarter by that same date. The financials will be uploaded to the OTC Markets website, once the application to bring its profile up to date has been approved. The company expects that to occur within 21 days. All required fees will be submitted imminently, after which OTC Markets will dictate the processing time.
After all updating processes have been completed, Mr Sharp has agreed to assist the company in identifying new assets to vend into it. Mr. Sharp will also assist in recruiting new officers and directors to the company.
