The CCTL advisor/consultant, George Sharp, is the CEO of GRD*

As far as the two companies having any type of business relationship, that I'm not aware of as neither company has actually issued a public statement concerning their business model.

But George is Raising capital for his company in New York City and Toronto Canada so it would make sense that he would attempt to raise capital for CCTL as well.
