Yes...No need for 2019 Q-1 if 2018 10K is not completed per 3 new tweets tonight[2 Hours ago].

Dear Shareholders:

"CFO squad has advised to hold off on releasing Q1 2019 until the FYE 10K is finalized then submit both simultaneously. Without the 10K completed, the Q1 numbers wouldn't match up, requiring them to be amended at a later date, which would result in further delay"
