He is so full of shit about his “team” of investigators looking at trading activity down to individual accounts. The ONLY entity that has access to that level of information would be FINRA...not some “investigators”. Only FINRA has the blue sheets for those trades and are only going to share them with the SEC if requested. Besides there has been little shorting of NFUSZ for some time. The short interest hasn’t changed much at all.
And I am surprised he brought up the “Sheriff” with a straight face..lol.
So here is what is going to happen or what is coming with his “report”...
NOTHING...just like the last time with the “the Sheriff”...except he is taking the team approach this time. lolol.
Just another diversion narrative for the stock’s poor performance, his having to announce an RS and his dismal Quarterly filing.
He is between a rock and a hard place right now with the offering...it could very well have to convert to a registered direct...or fail.
