Also, Andy was acknowledged to be working for QMC in Asia earlier this year or last. He is not the Amtronics leader mentioned in the PR. It's not only Amtronics, it's a whole government investing in quantum dots!

I suspect that Assam India (or AMTRON) will be issuing their own PR when the business day begins there tomorrow. I believe its around midnight there right now.
