Also, Andy was acknowledged to be working for QMC in Asia earlier this year or last. He is not the Amtronics leader mentioned in the PR. It's not only Amtronics, it's a whole government investing in quantum dots!

I suspect that Assam India (or AMTRON) will be issuing their own PR when the business day begins there tomorrow. I believe its around midnight there right now. There is already plenty of press on the project site being built for QMC and other companies to fill. This has been in the works for sometime from all the associated India links.
