Obviously to raise money. He raised $200,000 in exchange for 1 million shares at .20. Share structure is still next to nothing.

Doesn't seem like most shareholders are pissed , most understand what's happening and the fact the OS has remained the same since the RS well over a year ago, gives shareholders the confidence this isn't a typical OTC pump and dump , prior leadership Atwell would have diluted the heck out of this by now, and we would be sitting in trips like SKYF. So I am fully confident in BRSE.
