Wouldn't a reverse hurt investors, I think another reverse would do much more harm than good especially with low bid and interest.

Reverse to what 500k OS? Doesn't make any sense to do that, BRSE has one of the best Share Structures on the OTC. Petzel has kept it current and even filed on time last go around, as soon as the deal is done this will run to .40+. But again, there is a bid every day, so those who are frustrated , should sell into it
