It is my opinion that there will be those’ that will know well ahead of time when the WMI Senior Debt, Tranche 4, is going to be paid off, and this newco’ (COOP) stock will flippin’ rock’ ... also and, IMO the controlling reason for this LT update ...

ItsMyOption, WMILT just advised today there will be no Piers payment in November but of course, there are only 2 weeks left in November.

I fully agree with what you posited regarding the FDIC going behind Walrath's back and settling with the Employee Claimants working directly with Rosen to ensure Walrath never sees what the FDIC agreed to with the employees. This tells one how the FDIC respects Judge Walrath...basically no respect.

I agree with you on many points and I have expanded on some point...Read on

11/01/2018 Court Hearing-While All Present Judge Walrath Was Ask About Dec/2018 Hearing

Judge Walrath said no need to schedule a December hearing as she advised she would schedule...puzzling

• Tuesday 11/20/2018 and months go by finally an FDIC meeting scheduled before major Holiday

• Judge Walrath held 10/16/2018 decision paying last Creditor Off (Piers) in abeyance on 11/01

• Rosen advised on 11/01 FDIC made a deal behind bankruptcy court’s back with Emp Claimants

• Rosen further advised Walrath not allowed to see numbers and ordered the numbers redacted

• Once Piers paid off and a few numerous other claims, assuming FDIC/JPM handle the bonds in Tranche 5, then we are in Tranche 6 which is Equity and Last Man Standing receives ALL SPOILS

• Any type of distribution outside of scheduled distribution dates (11/01/2018 & 2/01/2019) are considered a Special Distribution and not necessarily what we are looking for

• Why did Judge Walrath want to schedule next Hearing possibly December on her own when ALL parties were present on 11/01/2018

• My answer is there will NOT be a hearing period, as all this including the FDIC final resolve with the Estate will be simultaneous and all be done and closed out by end of Dec/2018.

• THIS MAY and COULD be the most exciting Nov/Dec 2018 regarding this 10-year travesty we have seen and then on another hand, maybe this continues BUT ONLY time passing and filings will show us the way forward
